How to get technical support from the TrialKit help desk

You are currently in the TrialKit Support Desk, where you can submit issues and access past issues. To access the comprehensive Knowledge Base, go to help.trialkit.com

To open a request, open a support ticket with the button at the top of this page, and fill in all required fields on the support ticket. Please Include as many details as possible. A full screenshot of the issue is also very helpful for our support team to help you more quickly.

 

Steps that will ensure the quickest and most accurate responses:

  1. Provide as many details as possible, including a full screenshot of where you see an issue.
  2. If you are on the web, quickly grab the study, subject, and form information using the copy icon. This will copy the details to your clipboard for pasting into your support request.

 

Submit the ticket and the TrialKit support team will normally reply within 24 hours for non-urgent requests.
